Grand Isle State Park is the most visited state park in Vermont and was also given the distinction of “park of the year,” according to its profile on the Vermont State Parks website. Vermonters know how great it is and, apparently, so do those who choose to camp in New England because it ranked third best on the top 10 New England camping list.
